FedEx Ground will deliver your package within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order.
Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) which include alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
Federal Express has been selected as our premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.
International Orders
We accept orders with International billing addresses. Please visit the checkout process to see if your country is included.
Out of Stock Items
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. MyOnlineShoppingCenter does not back order.
Returns Policy
It is MyOnlineShoppingCenters intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
** IMPORTANT **
Before you return your merchandise, please contact our customer service, to get an approval from them. They will give you a return code, and the address where to send the merchandise. Without this return code, we do not accepct returns.
Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package, for your refund.
